Lisa M. Inzerillo has proudly served on the Smithtown Town Council since 2015,  leveraging her profound experience in local advocacy to benefit all residents.  Lisa’s background includes extensive work with school boards and civic groups, where she consistently championed balanced development and family-oriented neighborhoods.

 

Lisa's  professional path to public office was paved by years of grassroots effort, including successful campaigns to secure our local parks and enhance traffic safety for students.


Since her election, Councilwoman Inzerillo has prioritized government transparency and disciplined spending. She is a primary advocate for the 'Smithtown First' program, ensuring our municipal contracts support local entrepreneurs and boost the regional economy.

 

Councilwoman Lisa M. Inzerillo plays a vital role in keeping Smithtown’s government responsive, efficient, and people-focused. As liaison to the Assessor’s Office, School Age Childcare, Information Technology, Recreation, and Personnel, Lisa helps ensure that core town services are run with professionalism, accountability, and care for taxpayers. She works closely with staff to support working families, modernize systems, and maintain high-quality programs for residents of all ages. In addition, Lisa oversees the Town of Smithtown Disability Advisory Board, where she champions accessibility, inclusion, and practical solutions that allow every resident to fully participate in community life. Through these responsibilities, she reflects the conservative principles of responsible stewardship, strong families, and a government that serves , not burdens  its people.


Furthermore, Lisa is a tireless supporter of our local veterans and active service members. By founding the Town’s Veterans Advisory Committee, she has institutionalized a system of respect and aid for those who served our nation. A visible and accessible leader, Councilwoman Inzerillo frequently walks our neighborhoods to listen directly to voter concerns, creating common-sense, conservative answers to real-world problems. She continues to fight daily for the traditional values that ensure Smithtown remains a premier place to live, work, and thrive.
