A distinguished Nesconset entrepreneur, Patrick Byrne Jr. is a dedicated civic leader and reliable advocate for the Smithtown community. His commitment to service is rooted in discipline, strong character, and a genuine devotion to the public good.

Patrick’s contributions extend throughout the community. A longtime champion for local interests, he has engaged residents through community-focused media and served as President of the Smithtown/Brookhaven Civic Association.

 

In that role, Patrick worked to promote transparency, mobilize community support, and advance initiatives aimed at preserving the character and beauty of the region.

His strategic leadership has also been instrumental to the Smithtown Republican Committee. By bringing grassroots energy and organizational structure to local initiatives, Patrick has become a cornerstone of regional campaigns.

 

Patrick served as campaign manager for Team Wehrheim 2025, helping coordinate strategy, volunteers, and direct voter engagement in support of the Supervisor’s vision for Smithtown.

Some people step up quietly, without seeking recognition, simply because that is who they are. Pat Byrne is one of those people. Through the many challenges that come with this job, he has been a steady source of support, guidance, and friendship. Pat is a stand-up guy with true integrity, and I am incredibly thankful not only to know him, but also to call him my friend.
